Even more pics from beautiful New Zealand
I just got some more pics from NZ (from Makara Walkway and Opau Bay) and I am just blown away how beautiful and untouched everything looks. It reminds me of that old series, Hercules, which I think was actually shot there in NZ.

New Zealand Ocean View
My sister-in-law just sent me a few pictures they took on one of their many walks around town... in New Zealand ... So I thought I'd share a couple here... The views are gorgeous there... too bad it's too far away and too expensive to go see for myself:( Maybe someday.... and then I can take my own pictures to post :) A girl can dream!

Daffodils ...
I love flowers but I haven't had much time to grow any around the house so all I have is a couple of daffodils leftover from previous tenants. I always tell myself than when I buy my own house I will plant lots and lots of flower because they are just so lovely and joyful, especially around this time of year. So here they are, my two daffodils that have grown in the yard despite all odds.

You can tell they are fighters and survivors, albeit a little sad...

These I got from my brother and his wife over the weekend. I especially love the fluffy white ones.

Like this one.... they look like tiny fluffy clouds... or like pure, weightless, perfect white butterflies... ah... spring... And if you were wondering, yes... I am on a sugar high right now so I am not fully responsible for my over-cheerfulness...

Who knew there were so many lovely types of daffodils....
